Time and time again, trying to get assistance from this company is incredibly infuriating. Today, we had a power flicker.

All of my cable boxes came back except for one. I rebooted it, because we know the dumb robots you speak to are going to tell you this is what you need to do. It never came back. Got on a chat with customer service.

The "woman" tried to help but then disconnected me. Before disconnecting me, she told me there is nothing wrong with the box. I started a new chat. This person was worse than the first one.

She then offered me an appointment, which I accepted. I checked the website and my appointment was not there so I called this time. Long wait, had to be put in the queue for a call back. The woman told me not only was my appointment not there, but the chat person still had my account open in their section, so she had to boot them out first.

Guess what? My appointment time was not available any longer.

This is just one of the many, many, many, MANY issues we have had with this inept, corrupt company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Spectrum Cons: Waste of time spent trying to resolve issues.
