Spectrum - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Scheduled two appointments and didn't show up for either. No call no nothing.. Pretty darn close to useless. A can with string would be more reliable than these clowns!

Spectrum - Bad service on components

My cable is included in the lease, so i have 2 digital converters provided by spectrum. One is broken, no power. Per customer service, it is no longer manufactured, so they can't mail one to me. However a tech can swap it out for $49.95. Are you kidding? I am 75, no longer drive, and live in a senior community of 110 units all supplying Spectrum. What happens when the existing units all break? Spectrum is barely functional in NY, Time Warner was better, Fios was best.

Spectrum - Cable disconnected in error by incompetent technician

My internet stopped working but i still had cable to watch. When the tech came out he said he couldnt repair it himself and that they would return another day to fix the internet problem. But when the ignorant technician left that day he did not reconnect my cable service. So now i was left with no internet and now no cable tv to watch. I was in a worse perdicament after he left than i was in to begin with. Very incompetent service technicians.
