Spectrum - Horrible service

Had Time Warner for years and overall had great service with them. Very few complaints. Since Spectrum(Charter) had taken over in NC, customer service is horrible. Had problems with email responses, got someone on phone in Phillippines who did not know where NC is. finally ask for someone in US, who just said there servers were slow, and nothing could be done. Had to also keeping rebooting cable box, and found out it was defective. they want you to bring it in, as they charge $49.95 for someone to come out and replace their bad equipment. finally agreed to have one shipped to me, but it is a pain for customer to have to connect and ship old one back. Planning to change service soon.

When i asked for internet i get we can’t reach you, well when i did a search for their coverage i find a completely different answer and screenshots to prove i am in the coverage zone which is in between somewhat more east from the middle of it and know what looks well internet able covered to me

Spectrum Sales rep offering AT&T services

A Spectrum sales rep offered me AT&T Services A bundle internet, phone, cable for $89.99 I said you are from Spectrum he said yes. I said And you are offering me services for AT&T ? he said yes. I said I have been a loyal customer of Time Warner before Spectrum what special offers do you have for me. He said I did not qualify as a Spectrum customer, but I do qualify for AT&T specials. My bill went from $42.99 a month for a bundle internet, phone, cable to $135.00 mind you my services have not change only my monthly bill. Can not talked to a real rep placed on hold or call back. A sales rep no problems none at all

Spectrum - I have had it for 5 years and I have no other option for internet in my town.

Over the passed two years, the internet have been absolutely horrible. I have talked to charter many times on their help-line, and they have no idea what to do. My internet has been so bad as to the point where I cannot do anything on any of my devices. Charter boasts about 60mbps and there speed being superb. For my, I'd be lucky to get even 10mbps. Spectrum TV

I need help coming up with some other options besides spectrum or DIRECTV. Does anyone know of any other services? I’m having a lot of difficulty today getting spectrum Internet even though I changed it to 100 Mbpgs. I was told by Spectrum that I no longer needed my Wi-Fi router because the Wi-Fi would be connected using just their modem. And when I disconnected I did NOT have Internet. I only have my Verizon hotspot and my phone. My cable boxes do not work because I switched to a new service for which I need to download the spectrum APP via the Internet. But I have no Internet. I also have no service on my smart TVs. The last Spectrum rep I talked to on the phone kept me on hold for longer than I could wait. So I’m looking for options. HELP
