Spectrum - This company is INCORRIGIBLE!!!

I have tried for over 4 hours, most of the time expended waiting on hold; trying to get my home phone line cancelled today! (which should take approximately 10 minutes) The customer service representatives begrudgingly send me to another department for they cannot disconnect a phone (why?) & that is where the lengthy holds have taken place, one of them lasting 1 hour & 12 minutes when I finally hung up. This company was not in the cable business when it took over Time Warner (which was really good to work with), though that is irrelevant for customer service & quick action should be ANY organizations main priority in order to maintain their customer base. I will be switching cable providers ASAP, for Spectrum's pricing is OUTRAGEOUS along with their despicable customer service!!!!

When we had Time Warner we got to watch up to 70 channels on our other tv for free. Since Spectrum bought out Time Warner now we have to have boxes on our other tvs and have to pay about $11 a month for each box for each tv. Still get the same channels we had before....

I can see why everyone is dumping their tv cable and going to streaming. All i ever get on spectrum is rerun after rerun afer reruns, they even rerun the commercials. I am sick of watching the same stuff over and over. All the tv networks have gone down the tubes.
