Spectrum - Keeps getting worse

This isn't one specific complaint. There's for sure more than that. Let's start with the price consistently going up, even after they dropped a movie station from our package. Then we have the cable either scrambling or lately stations will just go blank in the middle of a show. Has happened on more than one occasion and station. There have been more problems, can't even tell you how many times we've had a service man here. I will finish with the time we had no service of any kind cable or internet for several days. We were told we would get credit for those days. Never happened. And I agree with others that loyal customers get nothing even after 30 years and paying on time every single month. Sad

Spectrum - Lazy Tecs

Have had my service interrupted now for 3 weeks due to a bad drop from the box on the pole. Company keeps sending tecs out that tell us it's not their department that fixes these issues. Problem is, the tec is supposed to put in a work order for whoever is responsible for fixing the issue but never does. I live in Florida and keep calling the customer service # that is located in Texas and of course they just keep telling me they'll get someone out to look at it. Only problem is that the person they send is a tec who can't fix it. I just want my cable fixed that's all I want...

Spectrum - Cable outage again!!!

Ever since spectrum took over time warner i have experienced outages 3-4x weekly! Continually contacting (on speed dial) was without service cable..internet..phone for 5 days and received $20 credit only!!! Definitely will be shopping for new provider that will gladly take my $200 monthly payment
