Spectrum Sales rep offering AT&T services
A Spectrum sales rep offered me AT&T Services A bundle internet, phone, cable for $89.99 I said you are from Spectrum he said yes. I said And you are offering me services for AT&T ? he said yes. I said I have been a loyal customer of Time Warner before Spectrum what special offers do you have for me. He said I did not qualify as a Spectrum customer, but I do qualify for AT&T specials. My bill went from $42.99 a month for a bundle internet, phone, cable to $135.00 mind you my services have not change only my monthly bill. Can not talked to a real rep placed on hold or call back. A sales rep no problems none at all

One bad experience after another
I just dont want to elaborate all the events happened to me for a short time with Spectrum Mobile. The customer service department dont have enough knowledge to help the customers. The Company will try to make money off you if you dont catch it. The last thing is I need to unlock my phone, they gave me a runaround and still have not resolve the issue. It seemed like they just discouraged me from unlocking my phone. I strongly do not recommend anyone to This new Spectrum Mobile Service unless you want to bring on the world of troubles to yourself.

Have had my service interrupted now for 3 weeks due to a bad drop from the box on the pole. Company keeps sending tecs out that tell us it's not their department that fixes these issues. Problem is, the tec is supposed to put in a work order for whoever is responsible for fixing the issue but never does. I live in Florida and keep calling the customer service # that is located in Texas and of course they just keep telling me they'll get someone out to look at it. Only problem is that the person they send is a tec who can't fix it. I just want my cable fixed that's all I want...
these things are a real piece of *** no instructions on how to use them , it jumps from one setting to another, hard to pick what you want to see/watch, seems to be no sense of selecting the channels, and I just couldn't believe that a company would sell something and make it none returnable , How is someone to know if they like it or not if you don't open the box and try it???
