Five increases within one year on internet. Tried to speak with rep. unable to provide reasonability of five increases, saying one was because I fell out of contract. Cannot honor any promos now. customer service poor. Disconnected, call back, been on phone for over two hours. This is awful.

, They keep claiming that you are a bill passed due, I have went back with ALL my payments on my Bank statements they service is not of good quality and the rates is not up to part of what they want to charge for services, BIG RIP OFF just to make the owner richer, and they do not have any bargains for the elderly, or those on Disability , they do not care and their customer service people have no communication skills and you are on hold for 15 to 25 minutes. It is sad how this world takes people money on stupid stuff. You have to pay to look at tv or use your printer, sad!Facepalm

I know how you feel , All these companies want to do is make money , but concerned whether their products are working properly, then you have to pay for them coming out, OH but their employees services is FREE!, so you think they care, NO!!!!

They're a joke

I got an Apple TV. I returned it and a month later they tell they are sending it back to me because the box was opened. Are you serious!!! Now I have to pay $185.00 dollars for something I don't even need. Something is wrong here. All they want is to take your money.

You might want to ensure you didn't also agree to an automatic renewal of this "protection plan." It appears Spectrum is attempting to make up for revenue shortages by selling these plans. The phone people at Spectrum are told to sell these things and are under pressure to do so. Check into it in case you get hit with another year's charge next year.
