Spectrum - No loyalty to exesting customers

Why is there no loyalty to the existing customer? Why should we still pay twice as a new customer? This is why you are loosing massive customers because of the fire stick that we can use for nothing!!!!!! No thanks for our loyalty but bend over because you don't care about any of us.

Spectrum - Rate Guarantee

I was promised a one-year rate guarantee and was given specific dates that my rate would not change. I called Spectrum because my rate did change after 6 months. I was told that the rate was changed even for customers that were guaranteed a rate. How you can call it a guarantee if you don't honor it?
