Spectrum - I started with very basicnservicein 2016 i have had to call them so many times about faulty equipment. I am a senior on a budget they have jumped my bill up to almost $200 a month in three years and
I called 2 days ago about my bill. the lady tells me I am in some legacy program she makes a suggestion about getting my bill cheaper down to $130 a mo or less.
She say take the equipment in on Sat for new equipment and everything will be good. Today I turned on my TV and went to the same stations I had since 2016 and they said unavailable I need to upgrade to the silver program additional $20 a month and all the other stations after that say the same thing. Tis company brags about no contracts but does sneaky stuff like this. Her name was Stamera all calls are record so they know her correct name.
Today I called and talked with Rufus in New York he said I should have all the stations I had yesterday, he tried REbotting and still the stations did not come in he is sending someone out at 3:00 pm today I hope this is resolved if not I will be very disapoointed. Spectrum is not good.
