Spectrum - Garbage Monopoly
Moved to a new area where this is the only option. Twice the technician wanted to show up hours early than the appointment and because I am travelling with the move I needed to keep my original appointment, that's why I made it.
On both they didn't show up and rescheduled to an inconvenient day. Did not care that I needed internet for work. Customer service has to transfer you around. Manager is a moron that did not understand that my phone number was never connected to the account.
It never was until after the install. Ancient technology on the equipment compared to other markets for the same cost or more.
