A mobile device that Spectrum directly mails to you cannot be returned to a mobile store location.

Spectrum doesn't care about loyal customers.
They never do anything to lower costs as they know cable is a dying industry.
Never had to wait so long for no one to answer

Ive been a customer for years and their poor customer service is making me change phone lines. They pass me off to a different department when all Im trying to do is transfer one number to another spectrum account and still after months of time and hours on the phone with them they still havent fixed the issue.

We are always told its someone elses fault or its our fault.

Ive spoken to two members (the third one refused to talk to me) of leadership and they all give different information that still doesnt fix our issue. On top of it all, my account has been hacked twice now for over 1000 dollars and I have yet to receive a refund.

I paid cash for my internet in person and was not credited. It has been years.

At another point, a customer service rep got angry because I requested a credit and then someone at the company slowed my internet to 10 Mbps while I was paying for 100 Mbps! I only found out when my smart tv was unable to connect. Only after I called the President could I get some assistance about that.

The latest act was that they raised my rate by $20 dollars. Terrible!
