Spectrum - Bad customer service all around
They have bad customer service all around. You go into the store and want to ask a question about services, BAD Attitude off the get go. It is hard to speak to someone with attitude. I was always told even if having a bad day, always smile and be pleasant with customer.
I've tech's come to my house concerning my phone service. I've had problems with static on the line. Sometimes I can't call out, I can get calls in. They said it had to be my phone itself. They couldn't find anything wrong with the line. I've used 2 different phones and still have the same problems. Seems weird that 2 different phones would be having the same problems.
I feel Business's get better service then residential customers do. We are all customers we should be treated as such.
There services are not as great as they think. Their T.V. packages are terrible. They repeat the same channels over and over again. I fee l they should have packages with your choice of channels without all those you don't want.
