Calling Time Media/Spectrum complaining about a 30% increase concerning my computer and land line connection and ending up canceling it. Spectrum ignored my request and kept billing me at the new increased rate.
I had spend close to an hour with a representative on the phone discussing to either give me a break on my land line or cancel it.
I ended up canceling my land line, but to no avail the bill keeps increasing every month based on something I had canceled.
This huge corporation that now is a conglamorate of AT&T, Time Warner, Spectrum, Direct TV etc. represents one of America's worst monopolies with basically no customer service.
The CEo of this out fit receives a compensation of over $35 million a year.
