Parents moved to assisted living tvs moved

I went and got my parents 2 new boxes at spectrum store went back plugged them in didnt work I called spectrum they told me they needed to come hook up !! Made appt waited all day no one shows up I thought !

They say 2 people came but The Linden wouldnt let installers in they wouldnt show vaccinated cards wouldnt be tested and just left ! The Linden uses Spectrum for its internet and all tvs! But wont come into the building !! Why would you have a facility for elderly and not have any vaccinated installers !

So still tvs not hooked up !

I realize its only tv but they are 90 yrs old !! Rediculous!

I want to cancel my trial membership.

No one answered the phone. I have been charged 59.90 for their membership though I never opt for that. Money has been taken from my account as I booked my tickets with them. It's very frustrating . My hard earned money can't be just taken away without my consent.

Spectrum app for wifi management is the worse cant even see any devices that are currently paused and been ongoing since march of 2022. want Child safety get a different provider.

Spectrum has not resolved the issues and has not made efforts to communicate about resolving the issues.

Technician came to the house and was not able to resolve the issues. Finding a different provider.

They are not concerned for our child safety. Finding a company that cares for our child safety.

Spectrum app for Wifi Control never works correctly you set a schedule for wifi to pause devices it does not work! and cant see paused devices. Keeps getting uninstall and reinstall app it never solves the problems feels like working with noneducated Customer services and they never check to see if issues are resolved that just suck your pocket dry without a working service as provided.

Cable issue

I was unable to watch Spectrum cable TV every evening for approximately 10 days. Was wondering if there was any pro-rated compensation for this lengthy inconvenience. Not sure what happened, but works fine now. Thanks, Scott Harris

It is becoming way too expensive for seniors on a fixed income. Discounts should be available to anyone drawing SSI.

My tv was pixelating, so I scheduled a service call. Easy to schedule. Great customer service. Chad, my service technician, was outstanding! Very friendly. Knew exactly how to fix the problem. Took his time to show me how to get the best benefits for my plan. I was very impressed. Now, if I can afford to keep this plan, Ill be in great shape!!

Cancel spectrum tv voice control

Talk back control was found In the Accessibility section of the tv control in Settings-Turn-off, or Turn-on. I finally turned it off, because it was so irritating. Not a good feature by Spectrum. Any way self-resolved. Thank you.

They cannot get my number recovered. It’s been 3weeks. I’ve asked 3-4 times for an update from the tier 4 person but no contact. I was told this situation would be a 3-5 day problem.

I added3 lines to my service plus purchased two iPhone 14 and a I watch. There was a problem activating these phones and they gave me a temporary number. This temporary situation is creating problems because of my bank account, my financial institution, and my capitol one acct. When I call I get and agent who is very polite and all they can tell me is the problem is being worked on

Well spectrum said Tuesday service drop would be replaced by Thursday. Called back on Friday they said it would be replaced today. Here it is Saturday and still not replaced
