Awful service and constant outages

Wi fi no connection shows exclamation point on then off on then off over and over again.

Yes my phone is still going in and out of wifi and my T.V keeps buffering. A circle goes around says 20% then 80%. Spectrum between programs buffering always comes on no internet program.

No wifi

I dont have Wi-Fi for 2 days so far. Though my neighbours Wi-Fi works pretty well. I need the Internet connection. Could you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

New install internet fiber down twice in 10 days

Cannot believe the new install including fiber cable has been down twice in less than 10 days. Customer service agent Sam was friendly. Bad news tech will not be out for 3 days! First time it was out came out the same day. Guess the honeymoon is over

You have us connected at tap with an Apartment complex, Construction has come out and verified there are Issues, but Neither construction nor Engineering have maintained any communication with us. And our Issues are 15 -20 yrs old and NOT resolved, but our bill remains almost $300 a month 4 Poor quality service !!!

I hate spectrum you have to jump through hoops to get your bill lowerd!

I couldnt get a phone number to call spectrum without jumping through a ton of hoops! Started out paying 54.99 and in 3 years it has gone up to 104.99 I am trying to get disability I have no income and I reached out to spectrum to lower my bill and got a bunch of *** Spectrum is not a person friendly company!

Service has been restored after live broken phone wire was on the ground for at least 2 days. Repair man did not contact us, left box and broken wire on the ground.

I have still not been contacted about my issue. I am still being over charged for my spectrum mobile and now I see that my spectrum internet price gas gone up too... please contact me asap as I am a very dis satisfied customer 765 667 ****. My spectrum ticket # for this issue is 6336****

Loss of streaming video

We lost all video reception for the entire weekend. On Monday morning we were able to make phone contact with customer service. Over the weekend the Chat Room led to a product we had to purchase. The phone rep sent a signal to our router retoring our service. It would have been better to be able to do this Saturday or Sunday.
