Preferred solution: Price reduction
Why am I paying full price for programs I can’t...
It’s not that the issue was fixed the issue was that nothing was done for the customers that paid for Spectrum. I had to get something else to watch.

Preferred solution: Nothing!
No military discount. No senior discount I could save a lot of money if I was to live stream everything. But I enjoy what I have. It’s the cost continues to increase making it unaffordable

Upset with Spectrum
I had spectrum installed a year ago when I moved to my new condo. I was having problems only with my TV cutting out and freezing and then coming back and starting where it stopped.
I had called Spectrum many times. They suggested me getting the app and turning in my box, so I did. It did not correct the problem. In fact it was worse having as many as 30-35 blips per day.
I called again to Spectrum many times. Said they were working on it. Then they wanted to send some one out to check it. The guy who called me to set the appt wanted to charge me for coming out and demanded my credit card number.
I told him no I would not do that, he then refused to set a day to come out. I called again to Spectrum and they they dont charge to come out. I told them Im still having the problem. The girl said I see you had 17 yesterday and 21 the day before.
The problem with app was when it stopped and came back on it skipped the conversation or plays during baseball causing frustration. When I found out they were not going to fix the problem I decided to switch providers.
