I don't agree with any of the pissed off customers. Yes they are a little pricey.

You get what pay for. You think you are getting cheated, try Directv.

Their service is great in North Carolina. Guys and gals you need to work with spectrum, I promise you they will fix any problems.

Horrible experience. Downgraded and was told my bill would be under $80 per month. Shocked when I got a bill for over $130. Never believe anything they say. Never get to talk to a manager because they are never available. Long story short as of this moment I am no longer with Spectrum. Bought an HD TV antenna that works amazing and added unlimited hotspot to my phone saving me over $40 a month which is off the new rates quoted today. Never again. Horrible customer service!

Extended outage with no idea when it will be fixed Irving Texas

My internet service has been down since Sunday June 23. The tech came Monday morning and determined it is not my house but in the lines somewhere. It's now Thursday and still the only thing they have done is open a ticket. I call and they tell me yes they can see the open ticket but no idea when it will be taken care of. Their commercials say they are "the most reliable" but that is not my experience at all. I also saw a Spectrum tech truck outside my neighbor's the morning after they came to my house so I know it is not just me. It;s a good thing I don't have a home business or need to work from home or they would be costing me serious money. I will be switching soon unless they get it fixed AND give me a huge credit on my bill.
