To return equipment

Arrived at the store @ 5:20. Was pushed back twice because I did not have an appointment. I was only returning equipment. Was never acknowledged or addressed for the long wait. After waiting over an hour I left only to receive a text at 6:33 that I'm next . Service was not good at all.

First payment not what they told me it would be

I was told my bill would be $71 and I believe it was four cents not 100% sure for my cell phone and my Internet. I received a bill for $101. Could you please tell me why I tried calling the recordings all messed up.

Couldn’t transfer data from old phone to new phone

Bought a refurbished iPhone11 and cannot transferred data from old iPhone 8. Agent told me it kept coming up that the phone was incompatible with Specreum services.

Billing issue

Transfered service from one place to a new address. Paid May and June bills for the new address. I received an email saying my statement was ready and I clicked on pay bill the account for the new address.I was told that I have to register an account for the new address. Very frustrating

Tv tech support

Kenneth was sent to find loss of internet at my apt. Some reception was restored however I am still getting notice on my screen saying internet connection is weak. I can not watch my Roku channels. Buffering at 0% and asks me to return later. I will need another tech visit. I give Kenneth 5 stars for professionalism and friendliness.

Internet outage

I am at a rental unit in Indian Shores, FL. We lost our internet connection for the TV a few hours ago. I called Spectrum and spoke to your CSR and she told me there was no report of an outage in this area and that our router probably needed rebooting. I called the property owner and he said that he got an email from Spectrum advising him of an outage that is still being worked on. ???

Workers outside cit the cable and I lost my service

At first I called and told them about a cable cut by construction workers. They sent 2 technicians but not the right crew. I didnt need to call again but I did and learned, they had already sent out the right crew and solve the problem. I was I awe to learned how quickly my issue wa resolved. Quick and fast! Thank you
