They SENT ME AN EMAIL ABOUT A SPECIAL PRICE FOR THE BUNDLE PACKAGE FOR CABLE TV, PHONE AND INTERNET, WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY SAID ONLY NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY? WHY BOTHER SENDING ME THIS EMAIL WHEN I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER OVER 35 YEARS? THEY DONT GIVE SENIORS A BREAK AND RAISE THEIR RATES EVERY MONTH. I AM PAYING OVER 200.00 FOR THEIR SERVICE.

i used cable tv so my issue is only that part.. 2 hrs 3 times to tech support. then 1 tech person to STIll not resolve. The boxes are horrible, the service reps are abusive and when you try to cancell well?? good luck.. they will harrass you more then your ex...its horrible..return the box..and keep all reciepts.

Do not use them

I will not waste any more of my time explaining in detail all of my complaints against them. It has been horrific. Basicallly, I called and got the bundled plan for mobile, internet and cable. It took 3 months to get my phone number ported over to spectrum....spectrum's fault. i contacted them every day about it..... Now I have their dam phone for $500 plus they are charging me for.....I would have given the phone back within the alotted time if I knew they would take that long to port my # over; but i waited...thinking they would make it right....but after three months....they said I could not return the phone...I am taking this to small claims court because spectrum would not call me back and would not respond to the BBB.

This only works if you are a new customer or a current customer but willing to go 30 days without internet. This company is the biggest *** joke ever

Turning service back on received email representing monthly rate.. a little higher but not much since placed on hold.. BILL THEN ARRIVED WENT UP $87.00!!!!! After phoning negotiated a lower but still higher rate than what email stated..(after talking with 3 people and spending way too much time on phone) now they tell us change won’t go through until next month when we were told it would go through that day...finally resolved after spending over an hour on phone and having to talk to a supervisor...will keep service for now but will keep eyes open for other services...

Sequence of Shows Inconsistent and Unfair to viewer's loyalty to the show

Often on-demand network shows skip a show in sequence or delay the adding of a specific sequential show which leaves gaps in the story line. This can cause a viewer to not continuing to watch a show which hurts it's rating and viewer continuing to be interested in it. This seems unfair to both the viewer and the shows ratings/interest.

I called back in the beginning of November and the girl said the rate would stay the same. Just got a new bill it went up $50.00. This is highway robbery as soon as I can I am changing. Worse service Internet and cable constantly going out.

My head is still reeling at the thought of someone actually paying a cable company money to run a cable to their house instead of considering it THEIR duty to do so if they want your business. You must really have a need to watch the telly.
