Internet problems

Internet problems do not have any Internet comes on and goes off real bad service and its costing me a lot of data. Im not very happy thanks.

Service Intermitent and poor speeds continuously

Our service degrades on a regular basis. We have to call monthly and reset our modem weekly and our mesh router in order to get better performance. We have had our cable modem replaced at least three times in the last 9 months. The price has increased from $74.99 to $84.99 and the performance of the service has improved. The service has to be better in order to meet the perceived price value that I would expect. Other options will be available soon. Looking forward to checking out fixed wireless access.

If Spectrum would put a fraction of the dollars they dedicate to Marketing into their product and customer service, theyd be mediocre, which is a step up from where they are today. Switching to Fios like everyone else I know.

Horrible Humans and Company

I have nothing nice to say about this company! I tried to get them to write off an iPhone that I purchased for my son who passed away suddenly in another state and told them that I have no way to retrieve his phone.

They said that the only way they would write it off is if I was the one who was dead. In addition, I had a free line, which one of the 10 people that I spoke with wiped out (when the conversation was about the iPhone cost) I never asked that my free line be deleted from my account and when I said I wanted it back for legal reasons, they decided to charge me for it.

So now I'm paying for a telephone line and phone for my deceased son. I'm not sure how much worse they people could be.

I tried several times to use the website and it kept saying my username was wrong Then I called them they said that the port PIN was wrong for my phone and my husband's phone I called them and I told me same I was told to call my carrier I got new port pin for both The consumer asst called you and conference in the call We were Put on hold then another person came back and I told her all my information,put on she came back and said my port pin was wrong The lady from consumer cellular said no the was right that there was a problem on spectrum end, Put on hold again and she came still saying that it was wrong after the 4 times and my increased anxiety we terminated the call I am serious thinking about returning the phones and staying with consumer Cellular

How is it legal to raise the price of the same service 4 times in one year?

This company has a monopoly of all internet and cable for a large metropolitan area. They make a point of telling you that any 'deals' are for new customers and they make no guarantee that they won't continue to raise your bill over and over again. Their customer service representatives are hostile, their service is poor. What company gets away with removing a major network for over 2 weeks and then has the nerve to raise their rates after that? Charter Spectrum does!

I was told I wouldn't be charged. a return payment charge when I made my payment and later. You added a return payment charge. Because my Card was Stolen along with my wallet that my that my account was linked to.
