Over charging for Inferior service
Spectrum took over Brighthouse services 18 months ago did in our area. Brighthouse charged $108 for 200MB/s service. Spectrum charge $89.99 + tax for 300MB/s service. They made no attempt to contact us with the revised plan and refused to compensate us in any way when we contacted them today. They clearly care more about profit than customer satisfaction.
