I was charged for services i didn’t receive. When you plan to cancel your service make sure you do it at the end of your billing cycle, otherwise you will end wasting your money, New spectrum policy since 6/23/2019, they get richer while we get frustrated

Cable performance problems

Details
We have called Spectrum numerous times about our TV Cable digitizing with no solutions offered. Finally, a tech suggests that we upgrade from Brighthouse equipment to Spectrum. He says it will be cheaper and better. He switches us over to the sales dept. and ~5 ruder people later nobody can help us and we are still in the same situation. Unbelievable.

Details
Went to the dpectrum store on manchester road to switch to specttum mobile. They handled the pspereork& sent me on my way without testing it to ensure it works(it did not). In summary, tupical mediocre spectrum “service”. I made the switch with a solid backup plan because spectrum customer service is a joke( at least eith tv/internet).

I was talked into joining Spectrum Mobile. Basically bribed (phone upgrade....) I fell for it. It’s costing me a lot of money/energy/headache to get this mess straightened out. They don’t tell you all the story about who/what they are. From my perspective they are using the $14.99/ gig is a come-on. They want you to not realize what you are doing and keep it on cell data. But each gig is another $14.99. Even if you go over by .01 gig you get charged another gig. Even if you can afford unlimited data at $45/mo there is no guarantee you can actually get on the internet. Many times/places I could not get online even with cell data. The plan is a complete disaster.

called in Tues @ 6:34 PM was told at that time service would show between noon and 1. Was on the phone with this person for 24 minutes. The service person Never showed up called in @1:08 PM to find out they were not able to find a service call . I just got frustrated at that point i HAVE REMOVED THEM AS MY SERVICE. If I could I would remove them from my Mom's service. Went with other company got a better deal then I had and locked in price

I asked Spectrum to pro rate my charges because after being a customer for over 10 years I do not agree with paying for 28 days of service that I did not want or utilize. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the conversation went absolutely nowhere. I am shocked that they do not give a damn about customer loyalty or customer relations. Everett Meadows

Happened to me too! talked to a supervisor and he said he couldn't do anything about it! Terrible customer service!

Same thing happened to me. I was told that as soon as my cable box was received charges would stop.

I just was billed for an entire month when I cancelled on the 5th. Stay away from Spectrum -
