Cost gose up service stays the same
- Price keeps going up same service
Horrible customer service!
Being charged $225.00 for service canceled and all equipment turned in.Billing from 9/22/19 to 10/21/19 and canceled on 9/23/19
So very unfair Cost OUTRAGEOUS
Charged for cancelled services
- Customer service sucks and to many liars in the franchise
All complaints lead to the same automated number
- That im getting ripped off paying for service that i cannot get
- Almost everything else
Remotes are very hard for me to set it . I have read the booklet over and over I push the buttons and turned the tv by hand

Original review posted by user Sep 29, 2019It tells me to reboot. I've done that. It reboots itself when i use rewind or play a stored show. I may need a new box. Do i have to schlep to a store to find out. Too cheap to hire people to answer complaints, but i bet i could get a person if i wanted to sign up.

they added a service I never use even a lady on their end said she could not find no where that I set this up a tv stream service. I dont want them back nothing reduce my bill and have a good life
