Cable outage again!!!

Ever since spectrum took over time warner i have experienced outages 3-4x weekly! Continually contacting (on speed dial) was without service cable..internet..phone for 5 days and received $20 credit only!!! Definitely will be shopping for new provider that will gladly take my $200 monthly payment
